Getzner Textil übernimmt Mehrheit an MEMBRYX GmbH
[Bludenz/Rieden] The former Phantomleaf Textiles GmbH now operates under the name MEMBRYX GmbH and is majority-owned by the Getzner Textil Group. The company develops and produces textile protective layers and functional sheet materials for emergency services such as police, military and rescue organisa tions, as well as for industrial applications.
After holding a stake of just under 30 percent in the company since July 2025, the long-established Vor arlberg-based company now owns 70.5 percent of the shares. The remaining 29.5 percent continue to be held by the previous owners, Annette and Rick van Es, who will remain managing directors of the company.

MEMBRYX develops and produces textile protective layers and functional sheet materials for police, military, rescue organisations and industrial applications.
